The second season of the Catalan University RL Championship will feature six sides split over two groups.

Perpinyà University (Perpignan) will be aiming to defend their crown against outfits from Barcelona – who supply four of the teams - and Girona.

For the players, there is the chance for representative selection as Catalonia University, managed by Eric Delherbe, will face University Rosselló, a region of Southern France, in a curtain raiser to the Catalans Dragons’ home Engage Super League match with Hull Kingston Rovers on 27th March.

Group 1: Universitat de Perpinyà (UP), Universitat de Barcelona (UB), Universitat de Girona (UdG)

Group 2: Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), Universitat Politècnica de Barcelona (UPC), Universitat Ramon Llull (URL)

The manager Eric Delherbe will be in all the matches to shape a solid group in both sides: “This is the second year we are playing and we are making steps to win the Rosselló team”.
